- Your prompts and data are sent directly to these third-party AI services

The Service connects to third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, OpenRouter, and others) using API credentials that you provide.License and AccessFree Tier
- New users receive 10 free prompts to evaluate the Service
- Once the free tier limit is reached, the prompt() formula will stop working and prompt you to subscribe
- The free tier is for evaluation purposes onlyPaid Subscription
- Paid subscriptions cost $30 per year
- Subscription provides unlimited access to the prompt() formula for the duration of your active subscription
- Access is granted through a product license key delivered via Gumroad
- License keys are non-transferable and for individual use onlyLicense Grant

- You are solely responsible for any content you input into PromptFast
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data through third-party AI services

- Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund outside the 14-day windowTermination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PromptFast immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You initiate a chargeback
- You request and receive a refund
- Your subscription payment fails or lapses
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- You abuse or misuse the Service
- We are required to do so by lawEffect of Termination
- Upon termination, your license to use PromptFast ends immediately
- You will lose access to the prompt() formula functionality
- Your locally stored data (API keys, settings) will remain in your Google account but will be non-functional
- Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to terminationWarranties and DisclaimersService Warranty
- We warrant that PromptFast will function as described for the duration of your active subscription
- This warranty is subject to Google's continued support of Google Sheets add-ons and APIs

We provide limited support for issues with PromptFast that are the fault of our software, including:
- Bugs or errors in the PromptFast code
- Issues with license key validation

- Google Sheets or Google account issues
- How to use specific AI providers
- Content quality or AI output issues
